1. Dynamic CAS Columns with Thumbnail Size Slider
Browsing a large CC wardrobe is easier when the catalog can fit the way you work. Maru’s Dynamic CAS Columns lets you drag the panel edge between two and six columns and adjust thumbnail size from 50% to 100%. The current release also includes favorites, selection history, swatch previews, an outfit panel, and playback controls. It is the most practical pick here for anyone who spends a lot of time styling Sims.

2. Medical Mask (Illness & Ailments Replacement)
Medical Mask changes the visual presentation of illness by replacing the unusual body patterns with a face mask. Maru specifically describes this as a visual replacement, so it does not introduce a new healthcare system. The optional ailment add-on extends the same idea to Enchanted by Nature when installed with the main mod.

3. More Wetty

4. More Muddy

7. Portable Karaoke Mic Stand
Portable Karaoke Mic Stand lets Sims carry a karaoke object in their inventory and place it in the world when they want to sing. Installation Notes
Open the original project’s Files tab and choose the release that matches your game. Extract ZIP archives and place the included files in Documents → Electronic Arts → The Sims 4 → Mods, following the creator’s instructions. Enable Custom Content and Mods; enable Script Mods Allowed if the download includes a script file, then restart.
More Wetty, More Muddy, and Functional Shamisen require Lot51 Core Library. Remove other CAS column-increasing mods before using Dynamic CAS Columns. Keep a backup of your save when trying older objects, and check for updated instructions after game patches.
