A little body art can give a new Sim a much more personal look. These seven free Sims 4 tattoo CC projects by SoulMica range from delicate minimalist ink to floral back designs and darker gothic artwork.
All seven projects have public download listings on SoulMica’s official CurseForge pages. Creator credit: SoulMica / soulmicaa. Images below are the creator’s official project gallery previews.
Checked October 9, 2026: the listings identify these files as base-game CC. Their listed patch versions vary; base-game availability is not a guarantee for every later patch. Check each Files tab for your game version before installing.
1. Mystic Fine Line Tattoos
Mystic is the lightest-looking pick in this roundup: SoulMica describes delicate, fine-line body art with an ethereal feel. It is a lovely direction for a Sim whose style is soft, understated, or a little mystical. Keep the outfit simple when you first try it in CAS so you can see the placement clearly, then build the rest of the look around it.

2. Feminine Minimal Ink
Feminine Minimal Ink offers subtle, modern tattoo designs rather than a heavily covered look. This is a useful pick when a small detail suits your Sim better than a dramatic statement piece. Try it with your everyday and formal outfits in CAS; the same tattoo can read quite differently depending on how much of the design an outfit reveals.

3. Geometric Tattoo
Geometric Tattoo is a collection of six right-arm designs, according to SoulMica’s project description. The geometric direction makes it an interesting option for a Sim with a clean, contemporary style. The creator mentions more designs as a future plan, so this link is for the released right-arm collection rather than a promise of additional placements.

4. Asian-Style Back Tattoo
Asian-Style Back Tattoo brings Japanese-inspired motifs into a full-back design. SoulMica lists oni masks, flowers, and waves among the artwork’s details, and the project includes feminine and masculine categories. For a character portrait, an outfit that exposes the back gives this design room to stand out without having to compete with a busy neckline.

5. Alice Full Back Tattoo
Alice Full Back Tattoo leans into romantic fantasy, combining floral details and jasmine inspiration with an Alice in Wonderland theme. It is an appealing choice for a fairycore character or a Sim with a softer, storybook wardrobe. Pairing it with an open-back outfit is a simple way to make the artwork part of the character’s overall look.

6. Bad Girls Full Body Tattoo
Bad Girls Full Body Tattoo is the boldest option here. SoulMica presents it as cyber-goth body art and describes HQ textures and base-game compatibility on the official page. It suits a character with a rebellious wardrobe, especially when you want the tattoos to play a bigger role than jewelry or accessories. Check the preview and available file before choosing it.

7. Terror Ink Tattoo
Terror Ink takes the roundup into horror and supernatural imagery. The creator describes a dark, macabre aesthetic suited to goth and alternative Sims, and the current download is named for the left arm. It could work well for a spooky-season outfit or a character with a taste for horror. Compare it with your other arm tattoos in CAS before settling on a combination.
