If your Sims’ homes need more cozy corners and everyday details, SIMRI’s furniture and decor collections are a lovely place to start. These seven free releases cover kitchens, bathrooms, reading spaces, dining rooms and a TV corner, so you can refresh one room or bring a more coordinated look to a whole home.
I’ve linked the original creator pages below, including the public gift posts where several complete merged sets are available. You’ll also find the official previews, useful download notes and the pack requirements that SIMRI specifies. Pick the collections that suit your build, then choose either merged or individual files to keep your Mods folder tidy.
Public download availability checked October 7, 2026. These are existing releases, not seven newly released sets. Pack requirements are noted below; current-patch performance has not been tested in-game.
01. FLAX Kitchen by SIMRI
FLAX is a lovely starting point for a kitchen that feels furnished beyond the big appliances. The collection includes cabinetry, counters, a rail, mugs, several dish arrangements, groceries and tinned food. Use the smaller pieces to dress a breakfast corner or give a family kitchen a little everyday personality. SIMRI’s gift post includes a merged file containing the complete set, alongside separate gift packages. Search for SIMRI or FLAX in Build/Buy to find the pieces.
02. NOOK Reading Corner by SIMRI
NOOK is made for that little corner where your Sims can settle down with a book. The collection brings together a cozy chair, book storage, wall lighting, plants, posters and slippers, giving you enough pieces to build a reading spot with its own personality. Try it beside a bedroom window or in a quiet part of the living room. The gift post provides the complete merged set, plus separate packages for the second bookcase and potted plant.
03. TERRY Part 2 Bathroom by SIMRI
The second TERRY release adds the finishing details that make a bathroom feel lived in: cosmetics, a folded towel, a bath mat, a candle, a rolling shelf and a partition. The collection also includes a shower, medkit and speaker, with wall and floor tiles available on the main release page. Pair it with TERRY Part 1 for a coordinated room. The shower requires Discover University, and SIMRI updated the speaker file on April 24, 2026, so use the current download.
04. TERRY Part 1 Bathroom by SIMRI
TERRY Part 1 gives you the main pieces for a bathroom refresh, including a toilet, washbasin, mirror, towel rail, soap, tile and a begonia plant. The cosmetics shelf and towel basket add storage details without needing to fill every surface. It suits a small apartment bathroom just as nicely as a larger family home. SIMRI’s gift page includes the complete merged set and separate gift items; the main release page has additional details and an optional mirror pose.
05. FLOCK Part 3 TV Corner by SIMRI
FLOCK Part 3 focuses on an entertainment corner, with a screen, TV stand, bookshelf, smart speaker, plant and console. It is an easy collection to build a room around when your living space needs a clear focal point. The gift page contains the complete merged set and separate console and plant packages. The console requires City Living. SIMRI notes that the merged file on the main release page is incomplete, so choose the gift-page download when you want the complete collection.
06. FLOCK Part 2 Dining by SIMRI
FLOCK Part 2 is a sweet option for a dining area that looks ready for breakfast or a relaxed evening meal. The release includes dining chairs, tables, a tablecloth version, serving arrangements, candles and a bench. Mix the seating to give your room a more personal look. SIMRI recommends bb.moveobjects when arranging dishes between the candles, and the bench requires Dine Out. The creator also notes a bench update, so redownload that file if an older copy caused problems.
07. FLOCK Living-Room Gift by SIMRI
This earlier FLOCK gift is worth a look if you want a few useful living-room additions without starting with a whole new room plan. The public post includes an armchair, a floor lamp with books and a merged FLOCK package. The chair and lamp make a natural pair for an empty corner, a bedroom reading spot or a place beside the sofa. Choose the separate packages if those are the only pieces you need, and check the creator’s preview before downloading the merged file.
Installing SIMRI Furniture CC
Place the downloaded .package files in Documents → Electronic Arts → The Sims 4 → Mods. Enable Custom Content and Mods in Game Options and restart the game. Choose a complete merged set or the individual packages you want; avoid installing both versions of the same objects. Search SIMRI in Build/Buy, or use FLAX, NOOK, TERRY and FLOCK to narrow your search.
