1. Childhood Athletics CC Pack
Creator: Melted Penguin
School-day outfits get a sporty refresh with this child-only collection. Cheerleading, football, basketball, baseball and soccer themes sit alongside tennis, ballet and relaxed athletic pieces. The pack includes 24 tops, including tucked variations, 12 bottoms and accessories, with plain options for simpler looks. It is base-game compatible. Choose the November update download and replace any older Zara Pullover file with the creator’s corrected version. Some styling pieces shown in the creator’s previews are separate CC.

2. Adventure Awaits Toddler & Infant Outfits
Creator: Annett’s Sims4Welt / Annett85
This eight-file collection adapts EA’s Adventure Awaits clothing for little Sims. You can pick from five toddler shirts, shorts, trousers and an infant outfit rather than installing everything together. The shirts offer 10–12 swatches, while the trousers and infant outfit each have 13. Annett85 credits EA for the original meshes and colors and lists these edited files as base-game compatible, making this a useful everyday wardrobe option without a stated expansion requirement.

3. Teddy Toddler Set
Creator: LIJOUE
Teddy brings together coordinated toddler clothing, shoes, hair and accessories, with corduroy and sherpa-inspired textures for a soft, layered wardrobe. Pair the sweaters and jackets with cord pants or leggings, then finish the outfit with boots, sneakers or Mary Janes. The collection is base-game compatible. The baby-hair skin detail works for all ages and appears in brows; the bear bag is in bracelets and may clip. The button below opens the full download rather than the preview post.
4. Flopsy Spring Set
Creator: Vidasims
Flopsy Spring is a sweet option for infant and toddler wardrobes, with bunny-themed cardigans, a toddler scallop dress and an embroidered infant onesie. Infant pants round out the five-piece set, so you can build an outfit or download only the pieces you want. The cardigans each have 36 swatches, giving you plenty of choices for coordinating siblings. The creator’s public release date was March 30, 2026. 5. Jius Child Shoe Conversions
Creator: Breezysimsie × Bumijo; original shoes by Jius-sims
Give your child Sims more footwear choices with ten conversions by Breezysimsie and Bumijo, based on Jius-sims’ original shoes. The selection covers canvas sneakers, house slippers, snow boots and taller boots, with different swatch counts and frame options across the files. These conversions are listed as base-game compatible, and the original adult meshes are not required. Credit belongs to both conversion creators and Jius-sims. 6. Toddling Tots Part 2
Creator: Vidasims
For a vintage-inspired toddler wardrobe, Toddling Tots Part 2 mixes dresses, sweatshirts, coordinating pants and a footed onesie. The six pieces include puffed-sleeve and striped-sleeve sweatshirt styles, plus plain and striped sweatpants. Swatch counts range from 18 for the onesie to 30 for the striped-sleeve sweatshirt. This set covers feminine and masculine toddler styles and became public on January 15, 2026. Use the creator’s page to select individual files and check for any later updates.
Installing Your CC
Download the packages from the creator pages, unzip archives and place the package files in Documents → Electronic Arts → The Sims 4 → Mods. Enable custom content in Game Options and restart the game. Keep the newest version of each file, check the listed age group in Create a Sim, and review the creator’s notes before adding any required files.
