Breezysimsie converted Jius-sims’ Low Top Sneakers 07 for children, toddlers and infants, with unisex versions and all 30 swatches. These files are listed as base-game compatible, and the original adult shoes are not required. Download the packages for the ages you use, then coordinate them with your favorite everyday outfits. Both Breezysimsie and Jius-sims deserve credit for this find.

2. Infant Essentials
Creator: Vidasims
Infant Essentials gives the smallest Sims a coordinated six-piece wardrobe, including a sleeper, bonnet, scalloped full-body outfit, bottoms, button-up top and crisscross onesie. Matching colors and patterns make it easy to mix pieces, with 42–53 swatches depending on the item. Vidasims lists original meshes, base-game compatibility and masculine and feminine infant options. The public date was June 20. Download the latest files: the creator has also noted a sleeve-gap correction and asks players to report any remaining clothing movement issues.

Daisy Girl is a child CC find with 30 swatches and an original mesh by imgloomie. The creator’s preview is the best guide to the outfit’s styling, so check it before choosing a color for your Sim. The listed polygon count is 32,000, which is relatively detailed and worth considering if you prefer lighter CC. The original Tumblr post provides a public Sim File Share download. Keep the creator’s file private rather than reuploading it, and follow their mesh rules if making recolors.
4. Little Fall Adventures Overall Dress
Creator: Liyahsim
A child overall dress makes a lovely starting point for a fall wardrobe. This Little Fall Adventures piece by Liyahsim comes with 15 swatches and appears in the full-body section of Create a Sim. The CurseForge listing identifies it as feminine child clothing, with a base-game file and HQ compatibility. It also supports SEJIAN’s CAS Filters Mod for organizing creator content; that filtering support is a convenience rather than a stated requirement for wearing the dress. This download covers the overall dress, not the whole collection.

Download your chosen files from the creators, extract ZIP archives and place the package files in Documents → Electronic Arts → The Sims 4 → Mods.
