How to Install Sims 4 Clothing CC
Download the clothing you want from the original creator pages above. If the download comes inside a ZIP or RAR archive, extract it first.
Move regular .package files into:
Documents → Electronic Arts → The Sims 4 → Mods
Then launch The Sims 4 and go to Game Options → Other. Make sure Enable Custom Content and Mods is turned on and restart the game.
