If your youngest Sims need a wardrobe refresh, these free PowLuna Sims 4 CC finds give you plenty of cute places to start. This spotlight brings together seven public releases, with everyday child clothing, infant outfits, toddler dresses, family sneakers, and a birthday set for those special screenshots. All seven are listed as base game compatible on the creator’s download pages.
There is a useful mix here for family saves. New Season has several separates for building everyday looks, while Comfy Kids Tops updates five earlier designs. Pastel Dreams focuses on infants, Girlie Pop adds more child outfit choices, and the toddler dress collection gives you a few familiar designs gathered in one place. Low Sneakers and Birthday Party reach across multiple ages, which is handy when you want a family to look coordinated.
Each section has an official creator preview and a button to the original public post. The notes explain which life stages the files cover, so you can choose the versions your household needs. A collection’s file count includes its separate pieces or versions; it does not always mean that many completely different outfits.
A couple of these finds update or collect older creations. I have kept those details in the descriptions, including the old sneaker filename PowLuna says can be removed when you install the replacement. Preview hairstyles and other styling are separate unless the creator lists them among the included files. For any extra items shown, follow the styling-credit link on the original post.
Public attachments and creator-listed requirements checked: October 27, 2026. Pick a favorite set, choose the files for your Sims’ ages, and visit PowLuna’s page for the downloads and any later updates.

1. New Season

New Season is a useful starting point for refreshing a child Sim’s everyday wardrobe. The eight-file collection combines tops, bottoms, and one full-body outfit, so you can build several looks without relying on a single matching set. Quinn overalls sit alongside pieces named Tara, Theodore, Leah, Lunara, and Erin in the download list. Try it for school-day outfits, a family outing, or a casual autumn portrait, mixing the separates with clothes you already have.
Included and age groups: Child • Unisex • 8 CAS assets: 4 tops, 3 bottoms, 1 full-body outfit
Requirements: Base game compatible. Access: Free/public attachments.

2. Comfy Kids Tops

Comfy Kids Tops gathers five of PowLuna’s earlier designs into a quality update: Bianca, Carly, Felina, Quentin, and Rosalina. It is a practical find when your child Sims have plenty of bottoms but keep wearing the same shirts. Pick a top for each sibling, or use the different designs to make one child’s everyday outfits feel less repetitive. These are updated creations rather than five brand-new designs, and the post supplies each top as its own package.
Included and age groups: Child • Feminine/unisex • 5 updated tops: Bianca, Carly, Felina, Quentin and Rosalina
Requirements: Base game compatible. Access: Free/public attachments.

3. Pastel Dreams

Pastel Dreams gives infant Sims five clothing pieces, balancing three full-body outfits with a separate top and bottom. That makes it handy for both a quick coordinated outfit and a little mixing and matching. The download list includes Jenna, Lilli, Monika, and the two Olivia separates. It is a sweet direction for family portraits or a baby’s everyday wardrobe, especially if you enjoy softer colors. The creator lists feminine and unisex options within the collection.
Included and age groups: Infant • Feminine/unisex • 5 CAS assets: 3 full-body outfits, 1 top, 1 bottom
Requirements: Base game compatible. Access: Free/public attachments.

4. Low Sneakers

Low Sneakers makes a familiar shoe style available across the family, with versions for infants, toddlers, children, and adult male and female frames. Twenty-seven swatches give you room to coordinate with colorful outfits or keep the shoes understated. The toddler version originally belonged to Jeans & Sneaks; PowLuna says you can delete the old file named “powluna_jeans_and_sneaks_tu_shoes_sneaker.” Use the updated download to avoid keeping that older toddler version alongside its replacement.
Included and age groups: All ages • Unisex • 5 shoe files • 27 swatches • Separate adult frame versions
Requirements: Base game compatible. Access: Free/public attachments.

5. Girlie Pop

Girlie Pop is a compact child clothing collection with four pieces: the Kati full-body outfit, Leonie top and bottom, and Nancy bottom. It offers a nice balance between an outfit you can choose quickly and separates you can style in your own way. Try the pieces for a playdate look or a cheerful family screenshot, then add shoes from your existing collection. The creator labels this set feminine and lists every clothing package individually on the public post.
Included and age groups: Child • Feminine • 4 CAS assets: 1 top, 2 bottoms, 1 full-body outfit
Requirements: Base game compatible. Access: Free/public attachments.

6. Birthday Party

Birthday Party is a lovely little addition for the moments when your household has a birthday to celebrate. The set has shirts for infants, toddlers, and children, plus party hats for toddlers through elders. That lets you coordinate the birthday Sim with older family members without needing identical outfits for everyone. The six files listed here do not include an infant hat: PowLuna links to an older set for that age’s refreshed party-hat options.
Included and age groups: Unisex • 6 CAS assets • Shirts for infants, toddlers and children; hats for toddlers through elders
Requirements: Base game compatible. Access: Free/public attachments.

7. Summer Dresses for Toddlers

Summer Dresses for Toddlers brings Regina, Nina, and Paula together in one collection post, with two Paula versions making four downloadable CAS files. PowLuna explains that these are older dresses gathered together with a refreshed colorful presentation, so this is a collection to rediscover rather than a brand-new release. It is an easy option for warm-weather outfits or a cheerful toddler portrait. Choose the designs you want from the individual packages on the creator’s page.
Included and age groups: Toddler • Feminine • 4 CAS files: Regina, Nina and two Paula versions
Requirements: Base game compatible. Access: Free/public attachments.
