The two accessory rules are separate, so you can remove hats while keeping gloves allowed, or choose another combination. Cute Romance places options under Romance → Physical Intimacy, with availability depending on how far the relationship has progressed. A table proposal is also included for players planning a special engagement scene. It is a sweet choice for date-night storytelling and couples who need more ways to show their connection beyond the usual social menu.

Drama Mod adds thirteen interactions with associated moodlets, including relationship arguments, accusations of cheating, complaints about in-laws, and a conversation about defining the relationship. A snooty introduction and petty jab can help shape rivalries, too. Certain choices have relationship or mood conditions, so they will not always appear for every pair of Sims. Pick this find for character-driven storytelling where disagreements have a place in the plot.

This small override adds variety to a familiar pregnancy conversation. When one Sim asks another when the baby is due, the response can be positive or negative, giving the exchange a little more personality. The interaction also becomes autonomous, so it can happen without directing every chat yourself. This is a focused addition for family saves and pregnancy storylines, rather than a pregnancy-length overhaul. Choose it when you want an existing interaction to feel less repetitive.

6. More Traits in CAS

Build personalities with more room for the combinations you have in mind. More Traits in CAS expands the visible trait slots to five for young adults and older, four for teens, three for children, and two for toddlers. Infants retain one slot. The mod also affects lot trait slots, allowing five, while existing Sims are not automatically filled with extra traits unless they age up or you edit them. This is a useful option for carefully designed households.

7. Functional Spiral Staircases

Bring a compact spiral staircase into your builds with animated movement between floors. Sims from Child through Elder use the stairs with animations rather than the elevator-style teleporting system. The staircase is an object, so its height does not automatically adjust with wall height, and the creator lists limitations for toddlers, pets, and floor cutouts. It is an appealing option for small homes and distinctive interiors when you are comfortable checking the project’s current notes before building.
Requirements & notes: Base game compatible script mod. Short wall height is visually supported. Toddlers teleport unless carried; pets lack routing support. Deleting stairs leaves a cutout to remove manually. Read all current issues before using.
