Instead of being focused on only one type of CC, this folder includes a mixture of female clothing, male clothing, hairstyles, shoes, handbags, accessories, jewelry, and decorative objects. That makes it a useful folder if you want to add several different types of custom content to your game at once rather than downloading every item individually.
From the filenames visible in the folder, there are pieces from multiple creators and collections. 📁 How to Install the Sims 4 CC Folder
Download the folder using the button above. If your download arrives as a ZIP or another compressed archive, extract it first.
Move the custom-content package files into:
Documents → Electronic Arts → The Sims 4 → Mods
You can keep the files inside their own named folder if you want to make them easier to remove later.
Then open The Sims 4 and go to:
Game Options → Other → Enable Custom Content and Mods
Apply the change and restart your game.
💡 Keep This Folder Separate at First
Because this is a large mixed CC folder, I recommend installing it inside its own folder first instead of immediately mixing all 146 files into your existing Mods collection.
For example:

That way, if you decide you don’t want something or need to troubleshoot your game, you can temporarily remove this entire collection without touching your older custom content.
