📁 How I Would Organize This Y2K Folder

Since this download already contains more than 100 files, you may want to separate it after testing everything in-game. Easy categories would be Y2K Tops, Bottoms, Dresses & Sets, Shoes, Hair, Makeup, Bags, and Accessories.

Another option is to organize by creator. For example, you could create separate folders for CAMUFLAJE, SUNBERRY, Babytears, cc-star, SEOULSOUL, Daft, and the other creators represented in the collection.

Do not remove the creator names from the actual package filenames. Keeping those names makes future troubleshooting and CC updates much easier.

How to Install the Sims 4 Y2K CC Folder

Download the Y2K ZIP using the button above and extract it first.

Move the extracted .package files into:

Documents → Electronic Arts → The Sims 4 → Mods

Then open The Sims 4 and go to Game Options → Other. Make sure Enable Custom Content and Mods is turned on, then restart your game.

⚠️ Important CC Folder Reminder

A large mixed CC folder can contain pieces from several different creators, and some items may have meshes, accessory versions, or matching files that belong together. Test the folder before deleting individual packages if you are unsure what they belong to.
