Healthcare Redux builds a much fuller medical system with illnesses, injuries, allergies, chronic conditions, medical emergencies, preventative appointments, prescriptions, immunizations, and pregnancy-related care. The modular download lets you choose which systems belong in your save. The current public version requires Base Game and Get to Work, plus the creator’s General Pie Menus, Lumpinou’s Mood Pack, and the included functional medications. Optional packs add animations, icons, and extra features.

2. Education Overhaul

Education Overhaul gives toddlers, children, teens, and education-career Sims far more structure. Depending on the modules you install, it can add preschool, field trips, alternate schools, boarding schools, virtual school, extra schoolwork, extracurricular events, and a reworked education career. The core and modules without pack labels are Base Game compatible. Discover University, High School Years, Parenthood, or Snowy Escape are only required for their corresponding optional files.

Divergent Sims is a configurable system focused on neurodiversity, self-esteem, mental health, evaluation, treatment, therapy, and support. The core works from infants through elders, while optional modules let players control how much detail enters their game. It is Base Game compatible, although a Spooky Stuff animation may be missing without that pack. The current installation also requires Lumpinou’s Mood Pack and the latest a.deep.indigo General Pie Menus.

SimNation Travel makes getting around feel like a real part of a Sim’s life. Domestic systems can include subway passes, bicycles, cars, licenses, driving lessons, fuel, and maintenance, while international travel can require passports, reservations, and rental deposits. The main mod is Base Game compatible and needs the creator’s General Pie Menus. The travel career and aspiration have separate pack requirements, so install only the modules supported by your game.

Healthy Living expands fitness and wellness with health-club memberships, balanced calories, metabolism differences, meal delivery, workout and wellness activities, progress tracking, supplements, and structured fitness or weight-loss programs. PandaSama created the custom food, drinks, and objects, while a.deep.indigo built the gameplay systems. 6. Golden Years Elder Pack

Golden Years gives Elder Sims meaningful goals beyond retirement. It adds six aspirations, hobbies, volunteer careers, consulting and mentoring opportunities, estate planning, senior centers, cruise vacations, elder-specific wants, pension options, and several living or care arrangements. The pack requirement is Base Game. It also requires the creator’s General Pie Menus and either Basemental’s Universal Venue List or Zerbu’s Venue Changes for the added venue gameplay.

7. Career Services

Career Services adds practical job support for unemployed, recently graduated, fired, or laid-off Sims. Features include temporary gigs, training courses, short-term unemployment benefits, career aptitude testing, coaching, recruiters, and an optional Plumseeker job-application process with résumés, cover letters, interviews, and offers. Choose only one version because the Original and Plumseeker editions conflict. The mod is Base Game compatible and requires Lot51’s Core Library.

8. Connected Sims

Connected Sims makes friends and relatives outside the active household feel more present. NPCs can invite your Sim to social occasions, venues, house parties, family events, rabbithole activities, and more than fifty other situations. Invitations vary by age, season, weekday, and relationship network, with roughly one to three possible invitations per week. It may take a few in-game days to begin scheduling events. The current public version is Base Game compatible.
